Natalia Leszczyńska

A law graduate of the Law and Administration Faculty of the Szczecin University in 2007. In the same year she started her counselor’s training at the District Chamber of Counsellors in Szczecin, which she completed by passing the counsellor examination. In 2011 she completed her post-graduate course at the Szczecin University in the major of Public Procurement.She gathered her professional experience since 2004 in one of renowned counsellor firms in Szczecin, with whom she cooperated for over 7 years. The areas of her specialty include, first of all, broadly understood civil and economic law, with a particular consideration given to the bankruptcy and rehabilitation law. She focuses her professional interests basically on providing comprehensive services to business entities – starting from their establishment, through solving all their daily legal problems, ending with legal analysis under the due-diligence. Moreover, her domain is servicing the investment process in the real estate trade.

For her, practicing as a counsellor means not only doing her job, but it represents her passion, thanks to which routine is a strange thing to her.

She was a co-author of „Etyka biznesu, a odpowiedzialność osobista członków zarządu przedsiębiorstw za niezłożenie w terminie wniosku o ogłoszenie upadłości” [Ethics of Business vs. Personal Liability of Members of the Board for Failure to File a Bankruptcy Petition in Due Time] in a book titled Upadłości, bankructwa i naprawa przedsiębiorstw. Anna Malek

A law graduate of the Law and Administration Faculty of the Szczecin University in 2008. Moreover, in 2011 she completed her post-graduate course at the same Faculty in Public Procurement. Having completed her counsellor training at the District Chamber of Counsellors in Szczecin, she passed her counsellor examination and obtained the law counsellor license. She has many years of experience in providing legal services, which she gathered, working in one of Szczecin’s renowned legal counsellors’ firms. Thanks to her over five-year practice in the field of bankruptcy and rehabilitation law she has gained knowledge and expertise necessary for counseling and representing both receivers and creditors of bankrupted debtors in bankruptcy proceedings. The competence possessed by her include, first of all, all matters in civil law and congeneric fields, economic law, bankruptcy and rehabilitation law, and commercial law. She specializes in the broadly understood services for companies and legal assistance for individual people. Her domain is representation of Clients’ in the court hall.

Both in her daily life and in her professional practice she relies on trust, professional approach and effective communication. She approaches her work with commitment and ultimate reliability.
